Altura Grid 20L Pannier Bag

The Altura Grid 20L is the everyday pannier for a D&D electric bike. Twenty litres is enough for a laptop, a change of clothes and the bits that usually end up in a backpack, without turning the rear of the bike into a luggage rack you have to wrestle with.

It clips to most pannier racks with the Rixen & Kaul Vario hook system, and a lower rail keeps the bag steady once it is on. A reinforced back panel protects the contents against the rack, and a roll-top closure lets you pack it tight on a light day or open it out when the load is bigger. Inside, a laptop sleeve and organiser keep the important things from sinking to the bottom. Off the bike, the grab handle makes it easy to carry into the office or the shop.

Reflective detailing helps on early and late rides. The fabric has a water-repellent coating that shrugs off light showers and road spray. It is not fully waterproof, so a laptop or anything you cannot afford to get wet should go in a dry bag when the weather turns.
