Refund policy
D&D Electric Bikes – Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your D&D electric bike. If it is not right for you, you may return it under the terms below.
14-day quibble-free returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your bicycle to return it for any reason. You do not need to give a reason.
How to return
Returns must be delivered, at your own cost, to:
D&D Electric Bikes
Unit 14a Moorland Gate Business Park
Cowling Road
Chorley
Lancashire
PR6 9FE
The bicycle must arrive at this address within the 14-day returns window. We do not collect returns.
Condition of the bicycle
The bicycle must be returned in a saleable condition. It will be assessed before any refund is processed. “Saleable condition” means the bike is complete, undamaged, clean, and fit for resale as new or as originally supplied, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, chargers, keys, and documentation where provided.
If the bicycle is not in saleable condition, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Shipping and re-listing
You are responsible for the cost of returning the bicycle. D&D Bikes reserves the right to deduct the cost of original outbound shipping from your refund and to apply a re-listing fee of £150.
Refunds
Once we have received the bicycle and confirmed it is in saleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, less any permitted deductions (outbound shipping and/or the £150 re-listing fee). Please allow a reasonable time for inspection and for the refund to appear.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights if the bicycle is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
If you wish to start a return, contact us before dispatching the bicycle so we can confirm the process and expected deductions.
